About your Instructor Vickie Mandy has been in the fire service since 1992. She is a Master Instructor and a Fire Captain with the Yocha Dehe Fire Department. She has a Master of Business Administration Degree, Fire Technology, Fire Protection Engineering and has taught Fire Training classes for both Woodland and Solano Community Colleges. Information learned in the classroom can be immediately applied to "real life" situations.
